Q: Do I have to be at home when someone comes?
A: It is always preferable for us to meet with you to discuss all areas of your home that may impact the accuracy of your estimate. Understanding your concerns or needs will allow us to better meet your expectations. Whether or not we meet with you, we can mail, email or fax the completed estimate to you. We will also email photos of items that need attention for your consideration.
Q: Are you licensed and insured?
A: YES! We are fully insured with both liability and workers compensation that protects you and your home from any accidental damage that could occur during our work.
Q: How soon will I get my estimate?
A: Normally, we can complete most estimates within 48 hours. More time may be needed depending on the scope and complexity of your project.
Q: Are you available for Saturday appointments?
A: As much as possible, we try to make most of our appointments on weekdays including early morning and late afternoons. Some Saturday times may be available so please contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate your schedule.
